Turia Pitt welcomes her second child with fiancé Michael Hoskin

Inspirational burns survivor Turia Pitt has welcomed her second child, baby boy Rahiti, with her fiancé Michael Hoskin.

The 32-year-old made the joyous announcement on Instagram on Sunday. ‘Welcome to the world Rahiti,’ she captioned the adoring snap.

Her little boy’s name is of Polynesian descent and means ‘rising sun

In the snap, the doting mum is seen looking up at the camera draped in a grey blanket, while her son rests on her chest.

Turia’s celebrity friends were quick to comment underneath the photo.

Model Megan Gale was the first to respond to Turia’s post, writing: ‘Just precious. Congrats lovely and much love to you and the family.’

Meanwhile, Jesinta Franklin (née Campbell), who is expecting her first child and is set to give birth soon, also joined in on the chorus of well-wishes. ‘Congratulations’, she wrote.
